Simplafy Hub in ChatGPT and Claude

The Simplafy Hub connector lets ChatGPT and Claude read and organize your company's data in the Hub: CRM contacts and deals, campaigns, data tables, agents, channels and journeys. You choose what the assistant can read and what it can edit, and you can change it at any time.

What you need

How to connect

In ChatGPT: search for "Simplafy Hub" in apps and click Connect.

In Claude: search for "Simplafy Hub" in the connectors directory and click Connect. To add it by URL, use:

https://mcp-hub.simplafy.com.br

Then, in both:

  1. Sign in with your Simplafy Hub e-mail and password.
  2. On the authorization screen, pick the organization and select the areas the assistant can read and the ones it can edit.
  3. Click Allow.

What the assistant can do

  • CRM: list and search contacts and deals, see each deal's pipeline stage, add notes and activities.
  • Campaigns: see campaigns, their results and recipients.
  • Data tables: list tables, read rows and, if you allow editing, add and change rows.
  • Agents, channels and journeys: see how they are set up and, with editing allowed, adjust them.
  • Dashboards: read metrics and build views.

Each area only shows up if you selected it on the authorization screen. Actions that change or delete data ask for your confirmation in the assistant before running.

What the assistant never receives

  • Personal documents, such as Brazilian CPF and individual CNPJ numbers: they show as [removido].
  • Passwords, API keys and secrets.
  • Files, webhooks and other assistants' conversations, which are left out of the connector.

  • "How is the October campaign doing in Simplafy Hub?"

Change or remove access

  • To change the areas: disconnect and connect again in ChatGPT or Claude, selecting other areas.
  • To remove access: in Simplafy Hub, go to Administração › Assistentes de IA and click Revogar on the connection. Access stops immediately.
