Applications open since May 2026. The first approved NGOs go live in the coming months — and from them the program grows, at a pace that lets us take good care of each one.

Infrastructure

Domain + institutional website

Domain .org.br registered in the NGO’s name. Website with 4-6 pages: mission, projects, donate, volunteers, contact. Set up within 30 days.

AI

AI agent on WhatsApp

Your NGO’s agent, running on the Simplafy Hub and subsidized by Reach. Trained in the tone of the cause: it answers basic questions, explains how to donate and volunteer, qualifies contacts and forwards whatever needs a human.

Continuity

Ongoing maintenance

Hosting, security, content adjustments, agent evolution. All on us, for as long as the program exists.

Technology has to be on the side of those who work to solve real problems. Those who solve real problems don’t always have the budget to hire technology.

NGOs and associations in Brazil take care of education, health, the environment, rights. They operate on little and deliver a lot. What most of them lack is the basics: a decent website, a service channel that doesn’t weigh on the receptionist, a digital presence that opens doors with foundations and donors.

Reach is our way of giving back. Our team’s time, infrastructure, AI. No charge, no expiration date, no marketing on top. As long as Simplafy exists, Reach exists.

  1. NGO applicationYou fill in the form with the mission, CNPJ (Brazilian company tax ID) and annual report. Reply within 7 business days.
  2. Approval & onboardingThe Reach team holds a 30-minute call to understand channels, service profiles and the tone of the cause.
  3. Live in 30 daysDomain, institutional website and your NGO’s AI agent set up on WhatsApp (on the Simplafy Hub, subsidized by Reach). Ongoing maintenance on us.

  • Brazilian NGO, association or OSCIP
  • CNPJ active for at least 12 months
  • Real operations (not just a registration)
  • Annual report or accountability statement available
