This edition brings two things together: the new Hub plans, starting with Livre, with no monthly fee, and the updates that reached the Hub in October and had not been announced here yet.

New plans

  • Five plans, and the first one is free. The Livre plan has no monthly fee and needs no card: 1 user, 1 agent, 1 WhatsApp and 1 active journey, with the AI credit you top up. When your operation grows, pick Essencial (R$ 299), Equipe (R$ 599), Profissional (R$ 999) or Escala (R$ 1,999). Paid plans include AI credit every month, from R$ 25 to R$ 200, and from Equipe up you can use your own AI key.
  • Campaign emails in your plan. Paid plans include 100 campaign emails per month. Packs to send more: coming soon.
  • Already a customer? You keep your contracted price while you stay on the same plan; if you change plans, the new table applies. The new prices apply to new subscriptions.

New agent tools

  • FIPE Table. A customer asks "how much is a 2022 Onix worth?" and the agent finds the vehicle and gives the reference price for the month, with recent price history. Cars, motorcycles and trucks. Works without a key, with a daily limit shared by all customers; with your own fipe.api.br key, your account's limit there applies.
  • Economic indicators. Selic, CDI, IPCA, IGP-M and more, with official data from Brazil's Central Bank, IBGE and FGV. The agent gives the latest value and calculates accumulated rates and adjustments, such as a rent adjusted by the last 12 months of IGP-M. No key needed.
  • Edit Image. The agent edits the photo the contact sent: crops, rotates, adjusts, adds a logo or text and builds collages. Turn it on in Integrations › Tools. Background removal and blurring faces or plates: coming soon.
  • YouTube in your agent. The agent sees your channel's videos, playlists and live stream, lists and replies to comments and adds videos to playlists. Live chat and moderation: coming soon.
  • Full Google Sheets. The agent reads, searches, adds and updates rows in the spreadsheets you allow. With the Operator scope, it also creates spreadsheets and tabs, inserts or deletes rows and columns, formats and sorts.
  • "Only says it did it when it did". Optional agent behavior: it only confirms it created, changed, sent or scheduled something when the action succeeded. Turn it on in Behaviors, in the agent editor.

To turn on the agent tools: Integrations › Tools, then the Tools step in the agent editor.

Inbox and channels

  • YouTube comments in the Inbox. Connect your company's channel, turn on "Comments on videos" and comments on your videos arrive in the Inbox. Your team replies publicly on behalf of the channel, and admins and owners can also reject the comment and ban the author, without leaving the Hub.
  • WhatsApp the way customers use it. On the official WhatsApp Business channel, the agent understands emoji reactions, replies quoting a message and PDFs that used to arrive broken. In the Inbox, your team sees the quote and the reaction right in the bubble.
  • Your team reacts and replies with quotes. From the Inbox, your team reacts with emoji and replies quoting a customer message, on official WhatsApp and Telegram.
  • STOP applies only to that channel. When a customer replies just "STOP" (or "PARE", "SAIR") on WhatsApp or email, they stop receiving automatic messages on that channel, and the agent keeps the conversation going. On for everyone, nothing to turn on.
  • Warning before turning off an email inbox. Before you turn off or delete an email inbox, the Hub shows which agents, journeys and email templates will stop working.

Journeys

  • Journey when an assessment ends. The "Assessment completed" trigger starts a Journey when a contact finishes an assessment, with each criterion's score and justification. And the Connected app action does not run twice if the same notice arrives again.
  • "Something changed in the CRM". A single trigger to start Journeys when a deal enters or leaves a stage, is created or has a field changed.
  • Journey errors. An "End with error" step to mark what went wrong, and the Executions screen filters each Journey's failed runs.

CRM

  • Faster pipeline board. The pipeline board opens faster, shows up to 3,000 deals (it used to stop at a thousand) and warns when there are more; and each column has its own scroll bar when it has many cards.
  • Value per stage and double-click. Each board stage shows the total value of its deals, double-clicking an empty area creates a deal in that stage, and on mobile the board uses the whole screen.
  • Open in the CRM automatically. In the agent editor, choose per channel whether the Hub creates the contact and the deal when a new conversation arrives.
  • Companies by pipeline. The Companies list filters those with an open deal in a pipeline.

Dashboards (BI)

  • "Service tracking" template. A ready-made dashboard to track customer service, a Contact column in the Deals and CRM Objects sources, and an Update button that reloads a live dashboard's data.
  • Four more ready-made templates. "Vendas: ganhos e perdidos" (won and lost sales), AI agent service, Daily dashboard and Contact base, ready to use in the Dashboard.

And more

  • Thumbnails in Files. Photos show as thumbnails in the Files list and drawer, and the screen loads lighter.
  • Knowledge base. When you upload a file, the screen follows the indexing on its own until it is ready.
  • Assessments. Answers with just the option code or a number are understood directly, with more accurate scores.
  • Mobile. Profile, Channels, CRM › Objects and Executions are easier to use on mobile.
  • Help Center. Dozens of new "how to" articles, from Data Tables and Catalog to Campaigns, Journeys, BYOK and YouTube.
