The highlight of this edition is contract signing by the agent: the customer asks for the contract in the chat and the agent sends it for signature on the spot, with no one on the team stopping what they are doing. Plus four more highlights and a list of improvements that are already in the Hub.

Contracts signed without leaving the chat

With the Clicksign tool turned on, the agent sends a PDF for electronic signature through your company's Clicksign account. The customer asks "send me the contract" or "is it signed yet?", and the agent handles it on the spot.

  • Send for signature: one PDF to 1 to 10 people, with a deadline of 1 to 90 days (30 by default). Clicksign sends signers the link by email, WhatsApp or SMS (WhatsApp and SMS depend on your Clicksign plan).
  • Status: tells whether the request is waiting, signed by everyone, canceled or past its deadline.
  • Remind who is missing: sends the notice again to whoever has not signed yet.
  • Cancel: cancels a request that has not been signed by everyone.

Before sending or canceling, the agent shows what it is about to do and only goes ahead after a "yes" in the chat.

  1. In Integrações › Tools (Integrations › Tools), open the pencil on the Clicksign card.
  2. Paste your Clicksign account token, use "Testar conexão" (Test connection) and click "Salvar e ligar" (Save and turn on). The Clicksign Plugin turns on too: the signed PDF comes back to the Hub's Files and Journeys get the signature notice.
  3. In the agent, under Tools, check the functions it can use. Only "Andamento" (Status) comes checked; sending, reminding and canceling you turn on on purpose.
  • You need: a Clicksign account with API access (Start plan or higher). The account and the plan belong to your company: Simplafy does not buy or resell Clicksign.
  • Document: a PDF up to 10 MB, from the Files library, generated by the agent itself or received in the chat.
  • Not yet: telling who has signed and who is missing (only the status of the whole request), sending from a Clicksign template, or asking signers for extra authentication.

The full step by step is in the Hub's Help Center, in the article "Clicksign: o agente envia documentos para assinatura".

Executions become a spreadsheet

The Executions list now has pages of 10, 20, 50 or 100 items. And the CSV brings every execution in the filter, not just the page on screen (among the 1,000 most recent). You choose the columns, including the channel and contact of each one, and the file comes with headers in Portuguese, Brasília time and the separator you choose (semicolon or comma). It opens straight in Excel.

Inbox with dates

In the conversation list, next to the name, you see the time (if it was today), "Ontem" (Yesterday), the weekday or the date. Inside the conversation, a marker separates each day. All in Brasília time.

Notes tab on the contact record

The contact record now has a Notes tab. Anyone who can edit the CRM writes a note straight from the record (users with read-only access cannot write), and notes made in the Inbox and by the agent show up there too, with author, date and source. In the History, the note becomes a link that opens the Notes tab.

The Hub in Claude and ChatGPT does more

Connected the Hub to your assistant by pasting the MCP address shown in the Hub? Now it also:

  • Organizes Files: lists, tags, changes access, deletes (with a warning) and sends files; creates, renames, moves and deletes folders, with the same permissions as the screen.
  • Turns the organization's tools on and off, such as CRM, Data Table, CNPJ, CEP and Currencies, and shows the connected ones. Turning them on and off requires an admin.
  • Sends email from the organization's mailbox, with attachments.
  • Takes care of the Catalog: attaches an image to an item by link, picks the main one and removes it; lists and generates the missing variations; copies a format; and shows how much of an item has been sold and in which deals.

In the official Hub app in the ChatGPT and Claude stores, these functions do not show up yet.

And more

  • Company email with attachments. On email connected by IMAP/SMTP, the agent receives the attachments (up to 10 per email, 10 MB each and 20 MB in total), with name, type and size, and even reads XML files. What it cannot read goes to the organization's Files.
  • Journeys with the contact's fields. In a Journey that starts when a record enters a stage, the custom fields of the contact linked to the record now arrive for use in the steps.
  • Cleaner Journey steps. Each card shows the number, the step name and a one-line summary.
  • Edit contacts right in the list. In CRM › Registros › Contatos, a double click on a cell edits name, company, phone, email, city and tags.
  • Channel variables in the agent prompt. "Inserir variável" (Insert variable) now has a Channel group: the channel type and name, and the name, @, phone and email of whoever is writing.
  • WhatsApp through Zernio. Sent messages show delivered and read in the Inbox, and the agent can look up the channel's approved templates and send one, even with an image on top.
  • Contact summary with your own OpenAI key. Anyone using their own key with OpenAI's newest models gets the summary of each contact again.
  • Cleaner Reviews. Archived collections leave the list; "Mostrar arquivadas" (Show archived) brings them back.
  • Delete an AI key with Undo. When you delete your own AI key, the Hub shows "Desfazer" (Undo) for 5 seconds.
